Sareer Publications is an Urdu literature e-commerce website designed and developed for a Lahore-based publisher, giving readers one place to discover and buy poetry, novels, short stories, criticism, and children’s books at discounted prices.
Project Overview
The project focused on building a literature-focused online bookstore that presents Sareer’s catalogue of 85+ titles across novels, short stories, poetry, criticism, children’s books, and miscellaneous categories. Dedicated writer collections let readers browse the works of featured authors such as Naseer Ahmed Nasir, Musharraf Alam Zauqi, Rasheed Amjad and Mahmood Zafar Iqbal Hashmi.
The website was structured around a reader-friendly shopping journey, with best sellers, bundle offers, sale collections and bilingual listings that show each title in Roman Urdu and Urdu script alongside its author. Writers’ meetups, events, a blog, a digital flip-book catalogue, and WhatsApp support keep readers connected with the publisher, while a country and currency selector supports orders from Pakistan, Europe, and the United States.
